Edwards as well as O'Neil Among Wolves Head Coach Contenders
Edwards and Gary O'Neil both have past connections with the club

Edwards along with Gary O'Neil represent the early names under consideration to succeed the former manager as head coach of Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The previous coach was dismissed on the weekend after the squad's 10-match without a victory start to the top-flight campaign.
And both candidates - each of whom have previous links to the team - are part of the names to be considered by the club ownership.
Edwards is presently at another club, which would create a possible hurdle to his appointment at Wolves' stadium.
However the former Luton Town head coach - who made over a century of games for the club during his time as a player - is considered a strong candidate for the position.
The mid-career manager is said to have support from the club board as they begin the search of hiring a fresh head coach.
O'Neil is also appearing as a surprise contender, although he would be a surprising choice given he was sacked by Wolves in the previous winter.
The former West Ham United midfielder is out of work meaning the club would not be required to provide any compensation.
